Initiating a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — processing time may vary
